"NEA" (Northeast Airlines) engraved on the collar
Intended to used with spigot side down (that is why "NEA" is upside down)
Dated 11/46 on bottom
Marked with small "AA" (American Airlines) on top of spigot housing. Purchased at estate sale and several older airlines items found (see my listings). Assumption is that family member worked for airline food service company and acquired items as they were retired.
