is a  Vintage Nancy Lopez 1981 Blue & White Tile Cat Ceramic Mosaic Candle Holder.   This measures approx. 6" tall.  It is a candle holder.  There are no  chips or cracks but does have crazing.  Very nice pre-owned condition.   Smoke free home.
