Vintage Bisque Porcelain Steiner "Juliana" Repro Doll Parts Makes 18-20" Doll

Description

This doll is from the estate of my grandmother who was a doll maker and collector. It is a fine quality vintage reproduction that has never been used and has been carefully stored for at least 20 years.  I am not a doll expert but I have done my best to research the item and pass on what I know.
This doll is a reproduction of a French-made Steiner called "Juliana". The head is marked Vernon Seeley 1976, the maker and date of the mold.  The "kit"
has a swivel head on a porcelain shoulder plate, porcelain arms to the elbow, and porcelain legs to the knee. The glass eyes are a beautiful amber/brown surrounded with black eye lining, lashes, and brows. The face is beautifully painted with soft tinted cheeks and a sweet little cupid lips. The only flaw on the head is a small "firing" crack on the left rim of the head; it is very stable and will be covered by a wig. All other pieces are flawless.  The hands have nice finger definition and pink painted nails.
The pieces will make a lovely doll.
