Vintage ANTIQUE Stunning Morning Glory floral 9” plate MINTON?

Description

You are bidding on a beautify 9” antique plate adorn with Morning Glory flowers.  I am not sure if it Minton or another maker.  Other pieces on the internet are attributing it to Minton.  The only mark is an 8 point star or sun and numbers.  No chips or cracks. Some scratches.
