    Description

    Nice Towle Louis XIV pattern 6 inch bread and butter plate. The hallmark is in the older style cursive (rather than block lettering) indicative of the earlier manufactured pieces. I suspect this plate was one of the first to be made in this pattern's hollowware collection, which began production in 1919. Please study the pictures as they are part of the description.
