18" Reproduction all Bisque Hilda German Doll JDK 1914 Ges Gesch N 1070.  Check pictures and ask questions so you are 100% happy with your purchase.  This doll is packed well and is over 5 pounds, check FEDEX.  It is usually half the cost of USPS priority when a package is heavy or traveling out of California which is where I am.

The doll does not show Kestner but I think JKD is made by Kestner.
She has a wig that is glued on.  I will take pictures with and without her new hairnet.  She will be shipped with her new hair net to help secure the hair.
She has glass eyes.
She has a bisque/porcelain head, body and limbs.  I did restring her so she is nice and tight.  I put a felt pad between her head and neck.  You could always cut it and take it off if you wanted.
She has a couple of cracks that look like they were created when the doll was made.  She is sturdy and nothing moves around the cracks at all.  She feels solid.  She has a small surface crack on the left arm near the elbow on the inside and a larger crack on the back.  It runs from the front, two points that come together and then around the waist and then up the back.  See pictures.
I purchased a large doll collection from a estate sale.  The daughter said her late mother Betty Louise Almstrom collected and made dolls for many years.  Betty Louise Almstrom also made lots of doll clothes.  This doll is from that estate sale.  I think she is the artist who made the doll, painted her and also made her clothes.
Item includes the doll, underwear, under t shirt, top, pants, straw hat, socks and shoes. I also included a pre-owned doll stand from my inventory I think fits her correctly.
