Signed by Frances Xavier Atencio, animator and imagianeer for The Walt Disney Company. He is best known for writing the scripts and song lyrics for the Pirates of the Caribbean Disney theme park attraction.
Also included is the concept map for the theme park attraction.
There is a small scuff on the frame as depicted in the last photo.
