    Description

    This is a Vintage Frank Whiting Sterling Silver Small Plate in the "Talisman Rose" pattern.  I recently acquired this at a local estate auction.  It is clearly marked Sterling and has the Frank Whiting company name and symbol as well as the Talisman Rose pattern name and the 736 piece type number on the bottom.  It is in good condition with only minor surface marks from use and no monogram or engraving (or removal.)  The pattern is crisp, clear and strong.  The plate measures 5 5/8 inches in diameter.  If this is your pattern, or if you know someone with this pattern, wouldn't this make a wonderful addition??
