  • Condition: The print is in perfect condition from a smoke-free home. There is no damage to it; any irregularities are light reflections in my photos. The original owner displayed it in the original plastic sleeve but used a push pin to secure it to the wall, so there is a small hole at the top of the mat. Since the print is smaller than the mat, the hole does not affect it and it may be concealed by a frame. Please enlarge and examine the photos for additional description of condition.

    This
    Disney’s Contemporary Resort
    matted print was issued by artist Larry Dotson in 2013.
    It features a view of the resort and monorail.
    The eight color giclee print opening measures 4&3/4” by 6&3/4”, with an 8” by 10” matting.
    The print has been hand signed, dated and titled by the artist, with a second signature and date on the mat.
    The inscription is personalized but appears to be in pencil, so may be erasable.
    The print is in perfect condition from a smoke-free home.
    There is no damage to it; any irregularities are light reflections in my photos.
