Columbia CS-8905.
This is a very early copy of this album, the old paste over cover type with inflexible vinyl and very heavy.  It is unlikely to be a six eye label, but it's a possibility.  Probably much more likely to be a two eye.  Either way, it is in great condition with just light corner wear.  The shrink has some rub wear (not bad) and a tiny break at the bottom right corner.  Otherwise, very solid edges and a nice tight shrink.
You'll have a hard time just finding another sealed copy, even harder finding one as nice as this one is,
