Comes with the prepunched lanyard slot and Chain Holes. This is a Top Load holder with inside dimensions of 3 7/16" x 2 1/2". Even if you don't have a work use I use one to store my hunting/fishing license in. Keeps it safe at the bottom of my tackle box or dry in my jacket in all elements.
