Actual Vintage ~ NOT A "PRINT"
~ 30" Tall X 44" Wide / No Writing / No Rips / No Holes (not even nasty thumbtack holies) / No Stains / No Problems.  Depending on location (inside or outside) the folds go from crisp to soft. Folded Size: 15" Tall X 8.5" Wide. Consistent white overall background color.  This map has been out of the Sunlight.
BAD PHOTO(grapher) ALERT:
Some of the closer-up map pics show sections with a amber overall color ~ that is not real! Badass photographer.
Back is all blank with no marks, no writing, no nothing.
