Presented here is an exquisite artist made vintage  reproduction of a SFBJ 247 Paris doll. The artist is Kathryn Savana, Deepwood Dolls, Louisiana, made in 1984. She is 22" tall, has an all bisque ball jointed body and head, good strings, holds a psoe well, sparkling blue glass eyes (they are set, not sleep), hair and painted lashes, open-closed (molded) mouth with teeth, rose lips and rosy blushed cheeks. Her hair is a deep golden blond with long cascading spiral curls. Marked on the back of the head; "SFBJ/ 247/ Paris" and has the original artist signed tag with the original price of 5.00. The dress is fabulous made of abundant flowing white Swiss Batiste, very silky fabric, with rows and rows of French lace and woven rose color satin ribbons. The bodice has a smocked bib front and back with full ruffled edges, long puff sleeves with lace cuffs. The puffy bonnet is precious with matching lace and rolled roses. The outfit is complete with a one piece chemise petticoat, pantaloons, rayon socks and sweet leatherette shoes. Made with the finest natural fabrics, very detailed, finely tailored clothing. The artist has named her "Fanny", she is fabulous,  no damage to the doll or clothing.
