    DESCRIPTION:
    Antique English Minton bone china miniature covered jar or
    urn hand decorated with stylized flowers.

    MARKS:
    Crowned globe stamp MINTONS ENGLAND, Colorless hand incised number 3699.  No apparent date mark.  Based upon the mark, this likely dates between 1891 and 1902, after which the words "Made in England" were normally used.
    CONDITION:
    In very good antique preowned condition free from chips, cracks, damages, stains and repairs.  Mentioned for the record, there is some allover very tight clean crazing which can mostly only be seeing under a magnifier. There is some typical very minor gold wear.
    There is a hard-to-find factory original manufacturing flaw to the to interior edge of one of the handles where it joins to the body.  We have included a greatly magnified photo of this, but under normal viewing situations, this won't be noticeable at all.
    There may be a few typical slight factory original imperfections possibly including glaze dimples, specs, or paint and color variations.
    None are visually obvious or distracting unless noted.
    MEASUREMENTS:
    Approximately height is 3 3/8 inches and the diameter of the top rim is about 1 1/2 inches.  The maximum width including the handles is around 3 1/2 inches.
