1984-1986 Jeep Cherokee XJ Comanche MJ OEM speed generator sensor cruise control

Description

This is the speed sensor for Jeep Cherokee XJ (1984-1986) and Jeep Comanche MJ (1986) factory equipped with cruise control. This speed generator provides the signal for the cruise control to work.  It is installed in line with the speedometer cable.  This sensor includes the short speedometer cable that runs from the sensor to the back of the instrument cluster and attaches with a metal clip.  Later clusters (87-90) used the same sensor but had a different cable with plastic clip that attached to the rear of the instrument cluster.
Proper application is up to the buyer.  This part is untested and sold as is.
I ship all parts in one day, and often the same day if the order is received soon enough.  If you see a longer ship time listed, I am out on a Jeeping trip and will mail your item(s) as soon as I get home.
